Licenses — select what the form requested
working…
Offboarding blocks the user's sign-in and removes their licenses (to stop billing). It does not delete the account or mailbox — those stay intact and recoverable. This is reversible.
working…
Resets a user's password to a fresh temporary one and forces a change at next sign-in — for a lockout, or to re-issue credentials. It does not change anything else on the account. The new password is shown once here and is never stored. (Needs the provisioning app's User Administrator role in that tenant.)
